In order to strengthen the management of safety, environment, quality and schedule  of projects, the Board of Directors, along with relevant departments have organized periodic (monthly) site patrols at on-going projects. On June 16^th, 2022, an inspection team from the Company patrolled the Nova Thabico Fruit Processing Factory Project in Thuong Thoi Tien Town, Hong Ngu District, Dong Thap Province. 

The site patrol at the project is a combination of checking actual construction quality, safety work at the site to point out limitations, shortcomings, notes about construction work and control of quality, safety, schedule during project construction and checking the preparation, storage and management of project document at the site office. 

The inspection team also combined to train field engineers, QAQC engineers, safety supervisors in construction supervision, safety work and work implementation skills. The training session also includes a discussion and exchange of experiences between young engineers and senior engineers in the construction industry of the Company in order to guide and draw lessons for the supervision engineer team applied practically at the project site. 

This periodic project patrol has helped the project management team at site improve their knowledge and experience in managing safety, environment, quality and schedule and also meet the Clients's requirements. This is also a commitment of the Company to the Clients to ensure the best quality as well as safety for all projects directly carried out by Khang Hy.
