With the main goal in the management and control of construction quality of the Company is to minimize errors in construction quality at construction sites, create construction products at construction sites of uniform quality and increasingly improve construction quality. The QAQC Department has organized internal training for field engineers and QAQC engineers on construction supervision and implementation skills of work at construction sites.    

These training sessions are conducted at the Company's project sites. The training course consists of 12 sessions, each session takes 90 minutes with training content including: construction supervision skills and work deployment for structural works; finishing works; common mistakes and preventive measures; new building materials and construction technologies.    

In addition, in the training sessions, there is always a discussion and exchange of experiences between young engineers and senior engineers with much experience in the construction industry of the Company, for the purpose of guiding and training the inherit workforce and serve the Company's development goals..
